Bring numbers to the argument.
The deal
What you get.
Written down before you ask, and the same for everyone at your level.
- Remote or hybrid, your call. Quarterly offsites either way
- 20 days of leave plus public holidays, with cover arranged so people take them
- Health cover for you, a partner and 2 parents
- ₹1.5L a year for learning, and a home-office budget in your first month
- Paid parental leave for both parents
- Friday afternoons go to internal projects. Two of them are now services we sell
No open roles
Nothing open, but write anyway.
We are not hiring against a posting today. If you build things and can show the numbers they moved, send it to us — we would rather meet you before we need you.
Send us your workHow we work
5 things you’ll hear in week one.
We report in your analytics, not ours.
You get the dashboard, the raw exports and the account logins. If we leave, the measurement stays.
Launch is the middle.
Most of the value arrives in the 90 days after a site goes live. We plan that quarter before we plan the launch.
Write it down.
Scopes, load budgets, test results, the reason a decision went the way it did. If it only happened on a call, it did not happen.
Disagree early, in writing.
If the plan is wrong we say so in week 1, not month 4. Either the scope moves or the date moves, and we tell you which one is happening.
The unglamorous work is the work.
Redirect maps, tagging plans, offline conversion imports. Month one is mostly plumbing: the least interesting invoice you will get from us, and the reason the rest of them work.
