What we collect
When you contact us we store your name, company, email, the services you selected, your budget range and your message so we can reply. The site uses privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) which record page views and performance metrics without cookies or cross-site tracking.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project.
- To understand which pages work and which don’t.
- To meet legal obligations (invoicing, contracts).
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run this site and our business — hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend) and our CRM — under their own data-processing terms. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months unless we start working together, in which case they become part of the client record. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to how we use it. Email contact@bizzarmarketing.com and we’ll handle it within 30 days.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages work. It sets first-party cookies (for example _ga) to tell returning visits apart and collects page views and interactions; IP addresses are anonymised by Google. You can block it with a browser setting or extension and the site works the same. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights run without cookies. Nothing else is stored in your browser.
