Web Development
We design and build marketing sites, web applications and storefronts on the platform that fits the work rather than the one we like best. Server rendering, schema, consent, accessibility and analytics are wired in during the build, so the site is measurable and editable the day it goes live.
What you get
Deliverables, specifically.
8 things you can point at. Scope is agreed in writing before the first invoice.
- A Next.js and React build on Vercel with server rendering, a component library and a documented deploy pipeline
- A headless CMS your editors can use: Sanity, Payload, Contentful or Storyblok, with live preview and role-based access
- Or the platform that suits your team instead, handed over with training: a custom Shopify theme, a WordPress block theme, a Webflow site
- A design system in code: Tailwind CSS tokens, a Storybook of every component, and motion specs for the ones that move
- A performance budget with numbers in it: LCP under 2.0s, INP under 200ms, CLS under 0.1 on every key template
- Technical SEO and AI-search groundwork: schema, sitemaps, llms.txt, and content that renders on the server for crawlers and answer engines
- WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, consent management for GDPR and the DPDP Act, and security headers
- Integrations and migrations: CRM, payments, auth, search and booking, plus a redirect map covering every URL you already rank for
How it runs
3 steps. Then it compounds.
Our method, narrowed to this service. Every step ends with a document, a build or a number you can check.
- 01
Discovery and spec
A week of workshops, a content and technical audit, a sitemap, and a platform recommendation with the reasoning written down. It ends with a specification and a fixed quote you can hold us to.
- 02
Design and build
Two-week sprints, a staging link from week 2, and a component library that grows in the open. You review work in progress rather than a reveal at the end.
- 03
Launch and tune
End-to-end tests, accessibility and performance audits, the redirect map, a launch runbook, then 30 days of tuning against the numbers the site now reports.
Questions
Asked often.
Marketing sites run 6 to 12 weeks. Headless commerce and custom web applications run 3 to 6 months. We scope in a paid discovery week first, because a date given before that is a guess. After that, either the scope moves or the date moves, and we tell you which one is happening, in writing, the week it happens.
