Video & Motion Production

Video & Motion Production

Shot once, cut for every placement.

Brand films, product and founder stories, short-form verticals, performance ad creative and motion graphics, produced by our own crew and editors. Every shoot is planned backwards from the cuts it has to yield, so one production day feeds paid social, the site and the sales deck for months.

Most video budgets buy one film and 3 weeks of use for it. We plan the shot list from the placements it has to fill: 9:16 with burnt-in captions, the 15-second cutdown, the version that has to work with the sound off, the frames your sales team will paste into a deck on Monday.
Hero films stay human-shot. AI earns its place on b-roll, dubbing, localisation and concept tests, and we mark which frames it made. The honest constraint is scheduling: a crew day needs about 3 weeks of notice, so we lock the date early and build the concept around it rather than the other way round.

What you get

Deliverables, specifically.

8 things you can point at. Scope is agreed in writing before the first invoice.

  • Brand films, founder stories, product launches and customer testimonials
  • Short-form packs cut to 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 with burnt-in captions and 3 hook variants each
  • Performance creative at volume: 20 to 60 variations a month from 2 to 4 concepts that have already tested
  • Motion graphics, 2D and 3D animation, explainers and logo animation built from your brand rules
  • Product photography and stills pulled from the same crew day rather than booked twice
  • AI-assisted work where it earns it: storyboards, generative b-roll, voice and dubbing, disclosed on delivery
  • Podcast and series production, plus an editing retainer for the episodes in between
  • Music licences, usage rights, captions and transcripts, filed where your team can find them in a year

How it runs

3 steps. Then it compounds.

Our method, narrowed to this service. Every step ends with a document, a build or a number you can check.

  1. 01

    Plan the cuts

Brief, concept territories, scripts and a shot list built from the placements and ratios you will actually run.

  2. 02

    Shoot or animate

Crew days or animation build, with dailies you can review the same evening and first cuts inside 5 working days.

  3. 03

    Cut, test, recut

Platform versions out, a read on hook and hold rates after 2 weeks of spend, then fresh cuts from whatever won.
